No arbitration for Ronny Cedeno – no surprise there.

The Cubs avoided arbitration with infielder Ronny Cedeno, agreeing to a one-year, $822,000 deal. Cedeno, once considered the Cubs’ future at shortstop, has carved a niche as a role player. Denver Post.
