So, as you may have guessed by the stark absence of a box score below, there isn’t going to be one today. I am in Chicago this weekend to visit Wrigley, so I don’t have the capabilities to do the whole cute box score thing. If I were going to post one today, it would be this totally clever thing that commented on how Jeff Baker actually hit some today. Or maybe it would mention that Gorzelanny was a stud for striking out 8 in just 5 innings. Or maybe not. You’ll never know. Go Cubs.
