As the Arizona Fall League winds down and the minor league season officially closes up show, it’s time to talk about Chicago Cubs prospects. Baseball America is out with its list of the Chicago Cubs’ top prospects, and if you’ve been following the system at all over the past few weeks, the top should not surprise you in the least.
