All it took to finally get Ted Lilly a win was a no-hitter into the 9th inning. The Cubs have scored a total of seven runs in Lilly’s last five starts. The only other game he won during that stretch? Another 1-0 game.
But the enhancement today goes to a man who clearly needs an enhancement.

Dogshit is correct. No matter how you shake it out, other than Byrd there is no reliable hitter. Not sure why Fontenot doesn’t get more at bats. And sure he had the winning hit, but Tracy being your #6 hitter is real pathetic.
