I think the interesting thing is that Archer is ranked below Jackson. And, the Royals should be interesting to watch as they are loaded with top prospects.

Jackson was the only Cubs prospect….Am I the only one saddened by this? We need to hit some serious gold this year in the draft.

How do you figure the Cubs have a top-15 system?

also, you’ve already stated that Hendry/Wilken have effed up every single first round pick they’ve made, so you aren’t allowed to like Jackson.

So does he have a shot of making the 2011 Cubs????

Not unless someone gets moved. there is no reason to bring him up as our 5th OF.

“And in case you were wondering, Chris Archer – the Cubs’ former top pitching prospect who was traded to the Rays in the Matt Garza deal – comes in one spot behind Jackson, at 47. ”

Yes, Ace, your blockquote told me so. :9

Ace i was wondering with the 9 overall pick in the draft what good third baseman is available? and what names are out there…thanks! also why in the fuck do we have a stupid shit bird fan on our blog!! i thought this site is for cubs fans>>>

Since Ace rarely deletes or blocks off topic questions (thankfully, because I’ve had a bunch myself) but also fails to respond to them, I’ll do him him the favor and ask who you’re talking about. Cardfan? I haven’t seen him post on here in months. The other posters on this article are all clearly Cub fans. In any case, Bleachernation is what makes America great. It’s like a library- anyone can use it.
