Solid all-around today, and the Cubs win their 11th game of the Spring.

It’s Spring game 25 for the Chicago Cubs, who head to Goodyear Park to take on the Indians.
Chris Volstad is Probably Kinda Pretty Much Locked Into the Rotation and Other Bullets
Dale Sveum said Volstad was in, and then back-tracked a bit. Jeff Samardzija is still learning, Marcos Mateo and Kerry Wood are hurting, and day games are not a problem.

The Cubs lost, but I enjoyed a nice day at Hohokam Park.

It’s Spring game 24, and the Cubs welcome the San Diego Padres to Hohokam. I’d argue that I’m the more important visitor today, but whatever.
