[Brett: In addition to Luke's excellent Minor League Daily, you can also follow the Chicago Cubs' Minor League teams online in a variety of ways. BN'er TWC put together a helpful how-to on the Message Board, and I thought it would sharing here. From TWC:]

If you’re interested in following the Cubs’ Minor League affiliates’ games, I’ve compiled a bit of a how-to list below. While Luke’s Minor League Roundup is great, nothing beats listening/watching live. I’ve tried to include all of the iPhone apps as well. Sorry Android users – you’re dead to me.

The MiLB app blows. It’s $5 to watch the Gameday/pitch-by-pitch info that you get for free on the web, there’s no audio, and it covers only the AAA teams. I don’t get it. It doesn’t integrate with an MiLB.tv account, either. Plus, it was free last year. Lame.

Speaking of MiLB.tv, that’s one obvious way to follow the Cubs’ Minor League teams (primarily Iowa, Tennessee, and Boise). Other ways:

AAA – Iowa Cubs

  • iPhone app (link will likely open in iTunes). Kinda cheap looking app, makes me think of an old 8-bit NES game, frankly, but there is a live pitch-by-pitch Gameday stream. No radio stream.
  • Web radio stream.
  • iPhone/iPad radio stream. Only active during games.

AA – Tennessee Smokies

  • iPhone app. Again, cheap app, with not nearly as much info as the IA-Cubs app. No Gameday, but there’s a link to the live game box score on MiLB.com, but this appears to be broken at the moment. However (and this is rad), there is a direct link to the radio stream. Nevertheless, if you want the web-based radio stream only …
  • Radio stream. Boom, there it is. Only active during games.

A+ – Daytona Cubs

A – Peoria Chiefs

A– – Boise Hawks

Now go get your prospectin’ on!

[This reminds me: are you participating on the Message Board? You should be. There's great content like this there every day. And, of course, additional ridiculousness. I mean that in a good way.]

  • Cubbie Blues

    Thanks TWC / Brett!

  • Spencer

    Hippies don’t have phones. It’s a trap!

  • hansman1982

Or if anyone/any group of people want to sponsor me, I will certaintly go to every ICubs home game (arrangements could be made for every game) and do a play by play in the message boards…

  • TWC

See?!  I just need an editor.  Then, THEN, I’ll take over the world.

    • Ron

Finally made it to the big board, maybe someday I will be able to contribute something this worthwhile.

    http://www.milb.com/multimedia/audio.jsp?sid=t451&home=t451&away=t102

That page contains links to every online radio feed in the minors, sort-able by teams.  That’s all it provides, but it’s not a bad bookmark to have.

    • TWC

Good add, Luke.  That was my starting place for a lot of the links I included.

  • Eric

don’t forget milb.tv. For all Iowa cubs games, And a few Smokies and Hawks games sprinkled in. If you want to actually see the prospects.

    • dabynsky

MiLB.tv is well worth the 40 bucks a year they charged. You get more than a few Smokies and Hawks games. You get all their home games. Also you can catch Peoria when they play at Wisconsin like they did this weekend. Been a lot more fun watching the I-Cubs so far then the Chicago Cubs, which was my plan to keep me sane this season.

    • http://www.bleachernation.com Luke

Nearly all Iowa games, all Smokies home games, all Boise Hawks home games (and the Hawks should be featuring some 2012 draft picks), and all Peoria road games against Wisconsin.  Sorry Daytona fans… I don’t think the Cubs are on milb.tv even once this year.

Also, some of the All-Star games will be shown, as well as some playoff games.  We’ll worry about those when the time comes.

    • http://www.bleachernation.com Brett

      It’s on there.

  • Alex

I use TuneIn Radio to get most the games online. I signed up for a free account and added the Cubs Minor League affiliate radio stations to the presets. When I log into my Android App (it’s available on IPhone too), all my presets appear there as well, so I can take the games with me when I’m out of the house.

The only team that I can’t get on TuneIn Radio is the Chiefs Radio station. So I linked directly to their website. I downloaded the Chiefs Radio app to listen to their games when I’m out and about.

    Iowa Cubs – http://tunein.com/radio/Praise-940-s26572/
    Tennessee Smokies – http://tunein.com/radio/The-Sports-Animal-991-s21521/
    Peoria Chiefs – http://espnpeoria.com/
    Daytona Cubs – http://tunein.com/radio/WSBB-1230-s22706/
    Boise Hawks – http://tunein.com/radio/931-KTIK-s26795/

    I hope this helps.
