Yowzers B-Jax
Well, Amaya struck out 5 times for Boise yesterday and is 3 for 4 today with home run. Perhaps today isn’t the Cubs day, Rizzo also an ofer.
Rizzo is actually in a mini-slump at the moment.
But Rizzo’s hitting the ball for the most part – it’s just not falling. Len & Bob talked a lot about how ball’s don’t carry during the evening games in SD. You could see it on that Rizzo drive to center. That’s a home run on most days in most ballparks.
I am watching B. Jackson going from .500 to .250 at no time. Come on cubs!
Please theo find us a couple of bats this offseason. I would be very happy with that.
Could Huston Streets pants get any tighter??
Honestly, I get the urge to try out veganism when I watch games at this park.
Wow
Jackson/Rizzo/Castro/Vitters went a combined 0/15
See the ball, hit the ball. Got it?
I must say I was disappointed in the performance of the new guys at the plate… but they are here to learn and to get a taste of the bigs. I support our direction and hope the rest of the year will provide valuable experience for them.
Offense is nothing but total shit right now.
