Another day, another embarrassing offensive performance. And this one didn’t even feature Brett Jackson striking out four times.
Jeff Samardzija was pretty great today, allowing just six base runners and one run over seven innings. But, even that wasn’t enough, because, like, your offense has to score at least one run to even have a chance of winning.
I’m gonna catch some hell for this enhancement, but since I drew it with my own two hands …

Brett, you’ve let me down. I’m relatively new here, and I realize that makes my opinion almost worthless, but I feel like the wind has been taken out of my sails now that I know you like that awful school down the road. Those people there are so rude to any former MSU alumni that is forced to go to U of M…Ron Mason (former MSU hockey coach) can’t even take his family down to Ann Arbor because they are treated so poorly. I’ll leave it at that, but know that there are MANY more things I could say about the quality of U of M fans. SPARTANS all the WAY!
