This week’s free, $300 fantasy baseball contest runs based on tomorrow’s games. That means, by definition, you have only one day left to sign up. The contest has cash prizes, and signing up helps support Bleacher Nation – so, like, do it.

The contest kicks off with tomorrow night’s games, at which point the live scoreboard goes up, and you cant see if you’re doing well, or getting crushed by, for example, me (“acecubbie”).

The full contest details are here. The gist is this: you go to Draftstreet, you sign up, you pick a roster of players from Friday’s games, and you watch your guys rack up points for you on Friday. The top scoring team wins $100, and the next 14 teams win cash, in declining order of awesomeness.

It’s truly a lot of fun, it’s free, and it’s easy. Sign up now.

Well this is just a fantastic comment in all ways, right down to the avatar.

I used to get some grief or dirty looks from the wife when I would be checking BN during a movie (usually a chic flick she picked out) or something like that. So I bought her a BN shirt and now she doesn’t care, and it also makes a nice avatar.

I assume you beat me since I was in the bottom half, not sure what your draftstreet name is though. I used the strategy of loading up on star pitchers and saving on hitters.
who would have thought that David Price, Stephen Strasburg, and Clayton Kershaw would all lose the same night to the likes of Colorado, Miami, and Houston????

Help me find the donate button!

Donation made, it is looking like you are going to have a very long trade deadline :)
