Break up the Cubs – that’s four of their last five.

Kyle Hendricks showed off in front of his home crowd last night, doing his usual control-locate-get-groundballs thing, and dominating a very good Dodgers lineup. He even had two hits. Hendricks got 11 groundouts, and the one walk he gave up was intentional. Damn good night for the rookie.

It was a damn good night for the offense, too, with just about everyone getting in on the action.

And, although this wasn’t good last night, it indicates something very good …
