With last night’s game the home season finale, there were a number of fun and/or interesting things dropped on Twitter that I thought worth sharing here for those of you who don’t do the Twitter thing, or who missed these items.
I still don’t think it looks too bad, especially if the script signs blend in as well as in that rendering, and if the foul line signs are that same green.
Can't believe they're tearing down the Toyota sign for a videoboard. They can't take my memories. pic.twitter.com/OQWc6vVwaL

That made me chuckle. It also made me ponder what the Toyota sign will do next … and I couldn’t help myself:

I hope you can forgive me.
Among the thoughts immediately after last night’s game ended:
Good news: Cubs finish with a winning record at home.
Better news: Renovations get started.
Best news: 2015 is one day closer.

Great home season for the Cubs, who wound up going 41-40.
