Albert Almora is heralded for his glove, because he is freaking awesome with his glove.
Of course, “glove,” in that context, is a stand in for “defense.” Because, really, it’s just that Albert Almora is freaking awesome on defense.
And, in his first start at the big league level, it took exactly three batters for him to show off that defense:
