Jason Hammel looked solid through four innings, but seemed to struggle a bit in the fifth before ultimately departing in the sixth inning (after just one batter, which came after he batted for himself in the top of the frame with a runner on third and just one out (he got down a sac bunt, but the pitcher was able to retire Addison Russell at the plate)).


The bullpen took over from there, and dang did they all look good. On another day, that may have been the majority of my focus in this space, and on the EBS, itself.

But, I mean. Come on. This was too perfectly scripted:
