postseason 2016I hope you’ve enjoyed night playoff games.

Given the Cubs’ extreme popularity, it’s no surprise that MLB and it’s broadcasting partners would prefer to keep the team’s games in prime time, whether they’re playing a West Coast team or not.

So it is, then, that MLB announced today that, regardless of opponent, the Cubs’ two first NLCS games – this Saturday and Sunday – will start at 7:08pm CT. Both games will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1. The info for the rest of the series has not yet been announced.

The Cubs, having clinched their NLDS series yesterday in dramatic fashion, will face the winner of tomorrow night’s NLDS Game Five between the Dodgers and Nationals. That game also begins at 7:08pm CT, and also airs on Fox Sports 1. We’ll be watching with rapt attention.
