The wind is howling out at Wrigley Field today, and so far, the Cubs are taking advantage. Already in the third inning, the Cubs have seen Kris Bryant double with the help of the wind, Willson Contreras triple with the help of the wind, and Anthony Rizzo blast one out (maybe with some wind help).

That was 404 feet, and I think even on a wind-neutral day, that goes out. Wind blowing in? Probably not.
Rizzo is certainly heating up of late, as that’s already his fourth homer in May. The walks will come eventually, but at least the power is showing up.
Also, Javy Baez singled in the inning, which means, yes, the Cubs hit for the cycle in the third. Oh, and Addison Russell just homered as I typed this. Lulz.
