It’s official: for the first time since Kris Bryant and Anthony Rizzo did it in 2015 together, the Chicago Cubs will have a couple sluggers in the Home Run Derby.
Here’s the bracket, which will pit Javy Baez against Max Muncy in the first round, and Kyle Schwarber against Alex Bregman:

It’s an NL-heavy field, as a lot of the stars from around the league declined to participate this year.
So, let’s see, Javy can face future teammate Bryce Harper in the semis, and then take on Kyle Schwarber – who will have just vanquished Brewers slugger Jesus Aguilar – in the final. I’d watch that.
