The 1979 Pirates won 98 games en route to taking out the Reds in the NLCS and then the Orioles in the World Series. Not a bad year to commemorate with the jerseys.
Together with the Brewers’ move back to their own nice look for their Sunday alternates, it’s going to be a lovely-looking summer in the NL Central.
