Royals outfielder Paulo Orlando was one of the many feel-good stories of the Kansas City Royals’ 2015 season, which, of course, ended in a World Series win.
Orlando made his big league debut in 2015 after spending 10 years in the minor leagues. It was the ultimate payoff after so many years of work, and the 30-year-old Orlando actually played reasonably well, contributing excellent outfield defense off the bench.
Given his unique story and long-awaited debut, you could hardly blame him for getting a tattoo to commemorate the season.
So he did … with a tattoo of himself on himself:

Hey, man. You do you. (Literally.) You earned it.
The crazy thing is that Paulo Orlando’s Paulo Orlando tattoo now matches my own Paulo Orlando tattoo!
