Who doesn’t love a walk-off win? And a walk-off win on Opening Day is all the better.
That’s how it went down for the Orioles last night, who beat the Twins 3-2 on this Matt Wieters walk-off hit:

There was a solid celebration after the hit, though thanks to a famously un-fun rule change, Adam Jones was barred from delivering his customary post-game pie-in-the-face to Wieters.

How did Jones do it? Is he just flagrantly violating the new rule?
Actually, he’s getting by on a technicality:
Jones hit Wieters with a cake to avoid no-pie rule. "You know, I've lost control of the team again," Buck quipped. #orioles

Good man, Jones. Keep up the good work as a baseball player/lawyer/fun-haver.
