Last night, Ryon Healy stepped up to the plate against Crag Kimbrel with two strikes, two outs, and nobody on when he hit a 98.1 mph fastball to deep center field. For a moment, he probably felt amazing.
And then, Jackie Bradley Jr. happened:

Could Bradley have been any more smooth in making the play out at the wall? Healy had just mashed a fastball at 101 mph, took it 401 feet, and it resulted in a highlight for the center fielder. You’re not going to get any unluckier than that sequence if you’re a batter.
And then there’s Bradley, who casually tips his cap and jogs toward the dugout like no big deal happened. Game-saving catches in the bottom of the ninth inning to force extra innings have never looked so easy, thanks to Jackie Bradley Jr.
