Yesterday, may have been the best Opening Day in the history of baseball. Seriously, it was absolutely nuts and I’m still playing catch-up, trying to get to all the best stuff.

But one of the things that’s fallen through the cracks so far, is the amazing home run robbery Orioles outfielder Craig Gentry committed against the Twins’ Eddie Rosario in the top of the 2nd inning:

DUUUUUUDE.
That’s a legit home-run robbery and one that REALLY mattered. Obviously, that catch saved a run, and given the way the rest of the game played out (a 2-2 was taken into extra innings), it was a game-saver.
