When: Kickoff is at 1 P.M. ET time on FOX; Thom Brennaman and Brian Billick will have the call. (Hold your applause.)
Where: FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland; the forecast calls for windy conditions and a chance of snow, with temperatures in the twenties and a windchill in the low teens. (Now that I’ve seen the forecast, I’m extra-glad I didn’t buy a $20 StubHub Dawg Pound ticket on a whim.)
