The Rooftop by the Firehouse building was constructed in 1999 and is set just near the foul pole line on Waveland Avenue. In case you’re having trouble finding it, you might want to check next to the firehouse.
“The angle from left field allows for an incredible view of the field and the historic score board. The rooftop is equipped with an elevator, bleachers, staffed bar, caterer and 2 large clean restrooms.”
All food and drink is included with the ticket price, which is great, because the menu includes dogs, burgers, and of course, plenty of beer.

Beyond the Ivy
1010, 1038, and 1048 W. Waveland Ave.
Chicago, IL 60613
Tel: 847-720-7912
Email: info@beyondtheivy.com
Beyond the Ivy has three rooftop venues, which means three times the Chicago Cubs excitement. Probably. Each site is decked out with some of the finest amenities, great food, and friendly service. They even have wi-fi!
“At 1010 Waveland the club house has 2 huge plasma screen TVs, two bars, restroom facilities, a balcony looking into the park, great spaces for display boards or presentations and bar seating. The roof boasts a HUGE beer garden, room to get in out of the sun, marble and granite restrooms, 2 massive bars- one for food and one for drinks and rows and rows of ‘bar bleachers.’ This means each person is sitting at a bar with staggered heights where you can see the game bellied up!” Beyond the Ivy boasts that, from here, you can’t tell the difference between the worst view and the best. Right on.
“The ‘club’ house level of 1038 [Waveland] has a Media room with stadium seating where one can catch the game on a huge TV and a large front room with an amazing view of the game. The building boasts a modern elevator that can take you all the way to the top. On the roof traditional box seats make you feel like you are in the game - but then you remember right below you is a bar with no line and smoking good food included in your ticket price!”
“Nostalgia and history make 1048 Waveland. The traditional feel and historic photographs at 1048 Waveland immerse a Cub’s fan in what makes us Cubs fans different… our rich history.” It sounds like 1048 sends you back in a timewarp. But the good kind.

Brixen Ivy
1044 W. Waveland Ave.
Chicago, IL 60613
Tel: 773-472-7889
Email: BrixenIvy@aol.com
Brixen Ivy was the first building erected from the ground up to be a Wrigley Field Rooftop facility, but officially started having rooftop attendance during the 2000 season.
Brixen Ivy has an open air balcony, a lounge, a bar and even a fireplace on the third floor. On the fourth floor - the rooftop - there’s a great lounge, and of course, bleachers. The inside is loaded with top of line televisions, facilities, an all around classy interior.
“Brixen Ivy is located near the lowest point of the Ballpark, down the left field foul pole, allowing an extensive view of the entire outfield. The response to this facility and to all the rooftops in general has been phenomenal, helping to enhance the over all ambiance of Wrigleyville and to create an international icon.”

The Cubby Bear’s Wrigleyville Rooftops
1032 W. Waveland Ave.
3609-11 and 3643-45 N. Sheffield Ave.
Chicago, IL 60613
Tel: 773-248-ROOF
The Cubby Bear’s Wrigleyville Rooftops have three great locations all around Wrigley Field: left field, right field, and center field.
All three spots are loaded with plasmas, bleachers, and lots of delicious food and drink. Best of all? There’s a full bar at every location.
“1032 Waveland is probably the most recognizable Chicago Cubs Rooftop. Built in 1921, the building is a fixture of the Wrigley Field experience. The yellow brick building is a short distance behind the left field bleachers. So close in fact that on May 11, 2000, Glenallen Hill of the Chicago Cubs, hit a spectacular home run that landed on top of the rooftop. This was the only time in the history of Wrigley Field that any home run ball has landed on a Chicago Cubs rooftop.”

“Take part in a Wrigley Field tradition that goes back to the first Opening Day in 1914 by watching baseball from a rooftop overlooking Sheffield Ave. Kick back and enjoy the game with fantastic ballpark food like the legendary burgers, succulent brats, and abundant cold beer catered by Murphy’s Bleachers.” I couldn’t really say it better myself, so I didn’t try!
Make sure to take advantage of all the great food and beer you can enjoy, because it’s included. Well, I mean, don’t be a pig about it. Ah, what the heck. Be a pig. Just don’t vomit on the street below.

Ivy League Baseball Club
3637 N. Sheffield Ave.
Chicago, IL 60613
Tel: 773-842-5387
E-mail: info@ivyleaguebaseballclub.com
The Ivy League Baseball Club was established the same day as Wrigley Field’s first baseball game on April 23, 1914. For this reason, it proclaims itself the original Chicago Cubs rooftop.
The views from right center field are incredible. In fact, they’re better than many of views inside Wrigley Field.
And, of course, you gotta go to town on all the food you can eat (and beer you can drink). Modesty is for Sox fans. Wait…

It’s got three levels of space that include an air conditioned third-floor Club Room, rooftop bleacher seating, outdoor seating on two levels, two open bars (hello!), full catering services and a friendly staff.

The name says it all, doesn’t it? The self-dubbed “ultimate rooftop experience,” Wrigley Done Right offers top-notch amenities, food, drink, and possibly the best view in Wrigleyville. In fact, Wrigley Done Right boasts the closest rooftop to home plate.
Atop a rare Wrigleyville double-wide, the rooftop is loaded with bleachers and shaded picnic tables. Perfect for taking in a Cubs game with friends and family.
And don’t miss the clubhouse - loaded with huge TVs, tons of space, and naturally, a bar. Try to tear yourself away for at least a couple innings so that you can, you know, watch the game.

The Sheffield Baseball Club features over 9,000 square feet on three levels: the Rooftop Level, the Stadium Club Level and the Exclusive All-Star Suite. The latter offers five-star quality to go with the Wrigley rooftop experience. Ooh la la.
The rooftop has large, umbrella-covered tables and a covered bar. So if the Chicago weather gets unpredictable, it won’t rain on your parade. I’m so clever.
And, of course, there’s plenty of great food and great beer - the necessities!

Wrigley Field Rooftop Club
3617 N. Sheffield Ave.
Chicago, IL 60613
Tel: 773-841-5070
E-mail: info@wrigleyrooftopclub.com
Wrigley Field Rooftop Club is right down the right field line, and claims to be closer to home plate than any other rooftop on Sheffield. In fact, it’s closer than many of the seats located inside Wrigley Field. The facility is practically brand new - completed just before the 2008 season.
As the Club says, “When we built Wrigley Field Rooftop Club we didn’t start with the renovation of a 90+ year old building, we started from the ground up. As a result, Wrigley Field Rooftop Club is one of the only purpose built rooftop facilities overlooking Wrigley Field and has features and amenities that other rooftops overlooking Wrigley Field simply can’t offer.”
Big TVs, big tables, big seats, big bar, big bird… there’s a theme developing, and I love it.
