My comment was to the throw to 2nd. The throw to first was a TOTAL blown call. That guy needs a dock in pay (which i know the Umpires Union will suspend umpires for bad calls and thus earning them less money)

He was looking at the umpire to see if he called it a catch or if he had to make the throw to first. It was close enough to the ground and the track record for good calls isnt the greatest this game.

Honestly as much as I hate the idea of the DH. The rules need to be one across the league. There is just too much of an advantage to AL teams when signing free agents since they can get away with tacking more years on to a contract more easily. (See Soriano, Alfonso)

I think they need to remove the DH from the AL. The game is far more skill oriented on the manager without it. I also like the whole managerial standpoint of the game and less so HR's.
