Exactly what I've been saying about baseball scoring. Just leave it alone.
Made some changes..moved draft back to last week of August (still not the for sure date, but more in line with what everyone was thinking), changed the number of divisions to three, reduced points for sacks from 2 to 1 (since they're the most common defensive score), reduced passing TDs from 6 to 4 (that way a good QB day with 3 TDs is equal to a good RB day with 2 TDs), and eliminated points for solo tackles because that would really inflate defensive scoring. Anyone got any other ideas? I'm getting pumped!
Why reduce sacks because they're the most common defensive score? Why do your hypothetical QB and RB with their hypothetical games have to even out? Isn't there only room for 1 QB and 2 RBs? (or even a third in the RB/WR slot?). Shouldn't QBs be getting the single highest points anyway? And how are defensive scores inflated?
My idea is that Fleaflicker probably has a good reason (and years of experience) setting default points. So, while they don't need to be set in stone, changes should be conservative and cautious.

Uhh... maybe Chad Johnson was a bit too hilarious... You probably won't be able to continue watching his antics, though, as the 'Phins have released him!

The Lions can have the Central, the Bears will be taking the NFC North Division title.
Lions gonna win the Central if they can keep their defensive line out of jail
I see what you did there
oh yeah I forgot about realignment. too bad considering the sorry state the Bucs are in.
