Final game of the season, the horror that was The Jimbo and Q Show is finally over, hurrah, hurrah, but we are faced with a difficult proposition. As Brett has mentioned, next years draft position depends on a win or loss. We could draft as early as 5 with a loss or as high as 10 with a win... so we wanna????

So here it goes the final game day thread here on the BN Message Board, and hopefully next year the game day will become something less goat-centric, but I will break the 500 post mark tonight, hurrah.

So is this Dempster's last start of his Cub career? It appears to be the last game of Ramirez's Cub career and possibly the same for Pena, Johnson, Byrd, and Soriano... oh and bye, bye Grabow.

Unfortuately I will most likely miss the start of the game, I have a 7pm meeting and I doubt it will be over before the 8:35 ET start. So if anyone wants to start... please go right ahead.

If you hear a shout of joy coming from up north (and for a few you from the south) its because I finally get to say goodbye to Quade.

I'm sure most of you are watching the four games that matter. Unfortunately the Cards are slapping the Astros around and David Price is doing a great example of a choke... yikes. ATL is holding their own and Boston is ahead 3-2. I am really hoping for two play in games tomorrow.
