Love him or hate him, (in my opinion he is just ok) Keith Law just released on ESPN an updated ranking of his Top 50 prospects. It includes 3 Cubs:
#35 (Preseason 95) Javier Baez
#47 (Preseason NR) Albert Almora
#50 (Presason NR) Jorge Soler

Side Note #1 - Only Rays Prospect on the list is #33 Hak-Ju Lee, but he is down from a preseason rank of #12.

Side Note #2 - Of first round picks from this years list only 4 are on the list:
#1 Overall Carlos Correa - Law Ranking #20
#2 Overall Byron Buxton - Law Ranking #18
#3 Overall Mike Zunino - Law Ranking #41
#6 Overall Albert Almora - Law Ranking #47

 - It's a great day for a ballgame, LET'S PLAY TWO!

Appel, Giolito, and Gausman would have made the list, but were unsigned at the time he did it. He said so in his chat.
