Ok yeah is a couple trades that would help now and restock the farm system.

Rangers and Cubs
Garza, Dolis and. Carpenter for Holland, Neil Ramirez (RHP), Robbie Ross (LHP), Cody Buckel (RHp), Michael Olt (3B) and Luis Sardinas (SS).

Red Sox and Cubs

Soriano and 4 million for Lackey.

Marlins and Cubs

Zambrano and Soto for Logan Morrison and Ricky Nolasco

Angels

Marmol for Kendry Morales.

I like all of them. Thoughts:

(1) That's quite a haul for Garza and a couple relief prospects. I know people would hate it, but if the Cubs could get that much back (look up the kids if you haven't heard of them), they really should think about it.

(2) Seems like a good risk to me.

(3) Love it, but it seems like the Cubs would have to kick in some dough. Really like this one, though.

(4) Not terrible, but might the Angels non-tender Morales, anyway?

I could get behind Soriano for Lackey, not sure Boston would bite unless they let Ortiz bolt.

For 1) who can always replace Carpenter with McNutt or Cashner.

3). You are right I forgot to add about 8 mil in.

4). Just a precaution in case they don't.
