Cubs Trivia:

Which future Cubs outfielder was named the Midwest League Prospect of the Year in 1999, while playing for a Cubs farm team, the Lansing Lugnuts?

I'm gonna go ahead and guess Corey "You can't steal 1st base" Patterson.

Stinky Pete nails it again. Corey "I make Soriano look selective" Patterson is correct.

I blame Kerry Wood for Choi not being good. (No. Not even close to really.)

oh yeah... I kinda remember Choi being hospitalized during that game Wood beat Clemens to deny him win #300. I don't remember exactly what happened though...

at least he had patience at the plate which is something you can't say about 80% of the players the Cubs have "developed" in the past ten years
