Maybe jackson is a player who performs well at the major league level, but I still think he needed more time.

??? Was that a hit-n-run with Soriano batting, or was Rizzo not paying attention to get doubled off on that infield pop-up?

first game I have been able to follow since Pirates series, did Twood and Volstad actually pitch that well?

Valbuena [a.k.a.Glen Allen Hill] is up with runner on. Valbuena s better with the bat with runners on.

Thanks, it would be good to see either or both of them pitch to their potential.

I would rather see a walk than an out. We get a base runner and it tends to tire out the pitcher.

I heard the Braves scoreboard operator put, "You can't spell disastrous, without Astro," on the scoreboard before the Braves-Astros game today.
