I came across this article. It is a response from IU head coach, Tracy Smith, from April 2011. The original e-mail was from a dad of a high school junior RHP asking why his kid didn't get any further looks after a video was sent in. It is an interesting read. Coach Smith gives the dad a very thorough response.

I am going into my 3rd year as student manager for the IU baseball team and one thing I love about Skip is his honesty. He won't BS anybody and tells it straight. As to the pitcher he is looking for he's being truthful aswell if you look at our roster right now the size of some of our pitchers is unbelievable, we could field a D1 size basketball team
