1- Get rid of Quade and brings in Sandberg..
2- Get a new 1st Baseman (Pena didnt get the job done)
3- As much work as the Cubbies need to improve our ball club, I believe we need an everyday lead-off hitter and base stealer, Move Marlon to right field and pick someone up that can move 90 feet in a second and put him in center. Beltran, Bloomquist, or even Coco Crisp and then work on our pitching staff, C'mon, lets shake it up a litte bit.

I think number one is at least half right (Quade will be booted soon, but I'm still not convinced Sandberg is the guy).

Number two is more likely than not to happen, but I think it won't happen until after the deadline to tender contracts to arbitration-eligible players in early December (in other words, I think Theo will want to take a peek at who will be non-tendered, like a Kendry Morales).

With respect to number three, it's a luxury, not a need on this particular team. I think they'll see what happens with Castro and Jackson at the top of the order (eventually).

2. Take his time and assembly a front office of "Super Friends" with witch he will dominate.
3. Find a computer, get the thing a name, and upgrade the hard drive. It is time to do some satistical evaluating.

Having a Kenny Lofton type player leading off is a luxury, However it would be nice to have an everyday speedy lead-off hitter. every year we go out and get what we need, it would just be nice to have a player steal a base with one out and get into scoring position for Aramis, Soriano, and Marlon. All we been depending on is the home run hitters which have not been coming threw like there suppose too. We wouldnt have to worry about saying "Im sick of waiting until next years" If steve Bartman would have had a family reunion or a Birthday party to attend......
