World Series Dilemma

I'm mostly ambivalent.

- Miguel Cabrera winning Triple Crown this year
- Justin Verlander never won World Series before
- Jim Leyland's potential last chance to win one more World Series
- Tigers haven't won World Series since 1984, Giants won in 2010
- Giants had 2 players suspended during season for PED use, with one being Melky Cabrera who undoubtedly helped fuel the Giants winning up until his suspension. At the time, he had a major league-leading 159 hits and was second in the NL with a .346 batting average.
That being said, I relished in watching the Giants slowly dismantle the Cardinals down 3-1 in the series. Gonna be a good one!!

I'm so, so very happy that I don't live in Chicago anymore, because when the Cubs do win the Series in a couple years, all those similar fair-weather Cubs fan assholes are gonna be completely and utterly insufferable.

I am torn as well:
Giants Pros:
1. Shove it in the Dodgers face
2. I loved Cain's reaction to Bochey pulling him in game 7
3. Tidrow
4. Dawson
Giants Cons:
1. Theriot
2. I can't stand Brian Wilson
3. Recent WS champion
4. Cardinals fans will then claim their defeat wasn't as bad because they lost to the WS champs
5. Californians are dumbasses
6. Since the Mets stole one of their colors I feel like it is partially rooting for a NY team.
Tigers Pros:
1. I love me some Verlander
2. Haven't won in a while
3. It's freekin Detroit - they need some good news
Tigers Cons:
1. They signed Fatty McFielder
2. AL Team
3. White Sox fans will say they didn't make the playoffs to the eventual WS Champ
4. All of the Lions fans they won over the last couple of years will suddenly become Tigers fans as well - claiming they knew Jordan Verlunder would be able to do it!

Larf. Joe, you're allright. What if I did...wanna fight about it?I'm not a native Californian, but did you just call my son a dumbass?Giants Cons: 5. Californians are dumbasses
A more serious question: why was "4. Dawson" lumped in with the Giants pros? I can't for the life of me figure that out.

Dunston, Dawson, Dawson's Creek - you know what I mean...
