The new GM will be Josh Byrnes. Guess he wasn't poll worthy, but write it down.

I forgot Billy Beane too.

and its rick not dave.. but hes not getting any votes anyway... and i doubt its becasue people are confused about the first name.

although both very unlikely i would love to see cashman and girardi as a package deal, or epstein/friedman with girardi/sandberg

If it's a matter of want, I had to go with Epstein. Friedman is a close second, but Epstein generally does what Friedman does, but in a large, heavily-scrutinized market.

If it's a matter of want, I had to go with Epstein. Friedman is a close second, but Epstein generally does what Friedman does, but in a large, heavily-scrutinized market.

I like Friedman as I think he's a legitimate candidate. Now if I voted with who I would want no matter what, then I would give Epstein a chance. But I don't think he will accept a GM position.
