I see it now, but only on mine. So, we don't get to see who else has "warning points". Is this some kind of contest? I'm getting excited thinking about all the things I could do to get a warning.............

Yeah, that's a way if folks are getting out of line you can "warn" them, and if they get enough, they can't post. I wouldn't play around with it - it's an out-of-the-box feature I've never really used.
And, FYI, the ... current ugliness ... is not 1967 (maybe).

Now I am looking for a way to warn someone and can't find the button.This is true. I would have already given out a warning or two if I knew how to do it.

Maybe I don't have it turned on. Like I said, it came out of the box like that. Not something I really planned on using. I don't really know how it works.
