Bill Madlock singled, scoring Smith and Oliver, sending Bowa to third base, and advancing himself to second base on a Gene Tenace throwing error. link wiki link for whatever that is worth but a few other places showed a single as well. Wiki was the only one that mentioned the error and Madlock reaching second.Could have sworn it was a double down the left field line.

Thanks. Yep, the old memory is fading, but I can clearly see Madlock standing on 2nd base. Did not remember (still don't) the error let him advance. He did get two RBIs didn't he? Don't tell me he only got one!Bill Madlock singled, scoring Smith and Oliver, sending Bowa to third base, and advancing himself to second base on a Gene Tenace throwing error. link wiki link for whatever that is worth but a few other places showed a single as well. Hey, puppet, have you got the Cubs 2013 trivia calendar on your Christmas list? Because I don't really know what we dorks are gonna do without it come January 1...
Way ahead of you hippie. Of course, there is large possibility that I wind up on the Naughty List.

Stinky Pete and Spriggs are trivia monsters. I think Pete lives in Japan, so when Phil posts over here in the early morning, it's early evening for Pete. Either that, or I sleep in way too much.Stinky, Spriggs, and Tim make it tough to get any answered! They are the trifecta of Cub trivia.
