Not only is stuff rumor quality now; its nearly court evidence quality.
And is seeing believing? Could the fact CGI is getting so good (eventually) make legit video evidence suspect?
I feel old.

Oh, cripes, let's hope not. The *worst* evidence is eyewitness evidence. It's too bad that it's such a galling thing to admit ("I know what I saw!"). Eyewitness evidence in court should be relegated to the dustbin of legal history.

Eyewitness evidence is pretty important. But, it's also pretty easy to discredit and destroy if you have a capable lawyer.
