Flash forward five years, and he was climbing the walls at 7:15 with trick-or-treating excitement. His poor, poor kindergarten teacher...

Yup, she's Little Red Riding Hood (and, for the purposes of sending pictures to family members (because we're Halloween freaks), we dressed up one of our cats as the wolf impersonating grandma), and there is a Halloween parade at her daycare later today. I'm not ashamed to say I'm tickled pink.Ace, you dress your little girl up today? I remember my boy's first Halloween... so calm... candy just a complete unknown... bedtime at 6:30. Ah, the memories.

...we aren't allowed to have pets anymore...So what about the part of the story where the wolf gets thrown in the oven?

I took my son to Halloween at the zoo on Saturday. He had a good time, but more importantly there were a lot of slutty Halloween costumes, which I did not expect. He's going trick-or-treating with his mom tonight. Had I gone to the pub crawl (didn't because I've been suffering from a cold) I would have done a Dane Cook costume. It would've been pretty easy, just have to run around and not be funny.
