Every Single Resident of "Wrigleyville" has owned their property since 1913. When the park was built they were promised unilateral control over the conditions of which the team would be able to schedule games and other items. Not one resident within a 5-mile radius of the stadium bought their home thinking they were moving into an area with a stadium.

They were also all promised a wall of building to surround the stadium and promised that they were able to put bleachers on those rooftops, promised to get sell those seats without giving up more than 17% of the sales, and promised that the view would never be blocked. Ricky really needs to do some fact checking before he remodels the stadium.Cubs Fact:

Oh and they were given the right to get extra revenue by selling their parking spaces on game day and never have to deal with a potential parking garage.
Wrigleyville laws are excellent.
