I don't know if I'm just slow on this or what, but I stumbled onto this really awesome part of MLB.com's website tonight:

It has little anecdotes and fluffy stories from each team. There's some really funny stuff on there. It's not really "newsy", but still entertaining. Also, @mlb is an pretty awesome twitter feed.
