Some would say penny wise and pound foolish.
Some one has way too much time on their hands if they are able to do that Hans.
Other's would say, save a penny earn a penny.

It actually seems kinda neat and I might try to convice the other to do it in our kitchen (since it needs a new floor).

They sell them in tiles at some places. I think it would be cool for like a week and then you'd be all like, damn, that looks stupid. Not sure what I think. It definitely does look cool, but I still think it takes too much time.

Yeah, I agree Tommy. It would seem to be cool for a day or a week or something, then you would ask why the hell you spent money on something you could have made. And yeah, it would probably look stupid after a while. I think these things are really meant for bars and restaurants only. They sell them in tiles at some places. The ones I've seen we're generally home made. Costs $2.56 a square foot plus glue, grout and resin.
Ya, unless you make some sort of pattern that would look "normal" during every day use, it'd probably get old quick.
Thanks, assholes for talking me out of it.

Dude, you know you're just going with a floor pattern of hamburgers anyway.
