Well, I've had fun fucking with you guys - you're small brains made it way too easy - but it's time for me to move on. You guys are some boring motherfuckers. I had to fuck with you because you all remain intolerant to those who hold opposing opinions.

Brett: You may look like Gollum, but you have an awesome baseball site. Keep up the good work.

Hansman: Stop hating yourself with food. Stop being a fat burger.

fromthemitten: Read. Read as much as you can. You're lack of intelligence coupled with your extreme intolerance, is scary. Please don't hurt others.

Don't be afraid of pussy, guys. It's your friend. Eat it. Eat it when it's bloody; eat it when it's smelly. Eat pussy. Choose life!

I'm beginning to think the title of "Lost" was more apt for the watchers of the show than the actual plot.

Sooo....

You're saying that the island (and the show Lost) was a lot like Morken. Just too smart for us dumb mutherfuckers.

I can definitely see similarities with Lost and Morken.

Hence the reason Brett loves Morken - BOOM HAHAHAHAHA, I am clever.

And this thread is officially dead.

441 comments makes it the most commented on non-game thread thread, EVER!

(FWIW, from what I can tell, the highest ever is set at 838 comments on the Brewers/Cubs April 9, 2012, post.

So back to television shows, if you haven't already watched these, here are some I highly recommend (you should listen to me).
  • The Shield - The first show I remember really giving the main characters a shade of grey. Never really knowing whether to root for or against them, it's a roller coaster ride. Every season is awesome, all the way up to the end. If you watch the first episode and you're not hooked, there's something wrong with you.
  • Dexter - This show is still going. First two seasons of Dexter was some of the best television ever made. You have to give it a couple episodes to get going, but once you do, you'll be hooked.
  • Firefly - Produced by Joss Whedon (of Avengers movie). Sci-fi show that only lasted one season, sadly, but had some great character development for the short time it was allowed.
  • Spartacus - naked women and guys killing each other with swords and stuff. Nuff said. Awesome sauce.

Yes, Walking Dead is still the best show going right now. Also, some shows that everyone is already watching that I didn't think needed mentioning: Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, The Office, and Always Sunny in Philadelphia (this show made me like Danny DeVito).

I liked the first season of Spartacus and the second one that was a prequel season. I just can't get into the new lead actor, something about his voice, and not being nearly as good as the first actor was.

Dexter and Firefly both are decent at times.

I'd recommend both for a rehabbing Lost-er.

Firefly was great, Serenity (the movie) made me an emotional wreck.

Has anybody seen The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret? Two seasons on IFC absolutely brilliant. Stars David Cross and Will Arnett

I felt the same way, but a friend at work convinced me to stick with it, and it paid off. Great season. No, not as good as the first two imo, but still very, very good.
