Hey, if someone wants to do it, they should be able to. Kind of off the subject is that I heard there was some woman trying to become a NFL kicker. Good for her. There are risks involved for women if they choose to do that, but if they know those risks and still want to play, I will fully support them.

Well, I think the woman that tried out could only kick it about 15 yards, so the hamburger has a better chance than I initially thought. There has to be women in the world that can kick further than 15 yards, right?

she didn't know where to line up. she had no prior football experience. you pay $275 and the only requirement is to be 3 years out of HIgh School. ANYBODY can try out. Dodgers had one too with a guy with a prosthetic leg getting a tryout at camp.

The Jets are really desperate. They got Tebow for the publicity, but apparently no one told them that Tebow can also bring negative publicity. So the guidelines for the tryout and that they really hyped the female trying out really don't suprise me.
