I didn't want to jinx it by being the one to mention it, but holy crap, did anyone see this coming? I didn't think we'd even get hockey this year, now the Hawks are looking like Cup contenders.

NO doubt, Jeffro! Even our 4th line is scoring, and Montador hasn't even played yet, so our D should get slightly better when he returns, as well! Power play still needs some work, but it's not horrible like last year.

Very fun to watch them this year so far!

Leddy and Hammer have both stepped up there game. If the goaltending can keep it up, this is going to be a great year.

Tommorow's game will be a tough one. The Hawks are running on fumes. Meanwhile, Detroit will be very well rested.
