Kris Bryant -
There is game footage of a nice at bat starting around the 2:00 mark. Fouls off a bunch of pitches before drawing a walk. Next at bat he doubles off the hands (college... metal bat... but still) and takes third when the opposing outfielders misplay the ball. He is stiff when playing third, but I see no reason he couldn't move to left. And love how fast his bat gets into the hitting plane, and how long it stays there.
Mark Appel -
This one was taken earlier this month, and it is easy to see why people are excited by him. He's big, throws hard, and has a fluid, easy delivery that he repeats well. Nice breaking pitch, and he is willing to attack hitters inside - not all college pitchers are. I also see a fastball that does not have a lot of movement on it, and a breaking pitch that hitters seemed to be waiting on. I like the polish, but I don't see ace material here. He looks like a solid No 2 or 3 guy who could be in the majors as soon as 2014, but that ace ceiling just isn't there for me.

I'm not sure I like his delivery. That trailing leg seems to be flying all over the place.
Pretty good stuff, though. If he clean up his mechanics, I suspect he'll have a higher ceiling than Appel.

Question from the under informed. Would / could this lead to trouble in repeating the same motion BEFORE releasing the ball? To my untrained eye it appears that everything is pretty much the same until the ball is released

I wouldn't call it a terribly uncommon problem and probably not enough to scare me off of him.

Any chance that you have time to make this a feature on the site? Maybe just a quick review with a bit of video of the top 10 or so players that the Cubs could consider, once we get a little closer to June?
