There is no way this could be more eloquently stated. But also, fuck the new busch stadium, fuck the old one, fuck joe buck, his dad, and the whole city.
You forgot Eddie Gaedel
Pfft. He was a fucking Cardinal. Well, a Brown, really. And I know they didn't become the Cardinals, but the Orioles, but fuck the fucking Cardinals, man. Fuck 'em.

Yes.
Downtown Des Moines has 0 dount establishments. I blame Stan Musial, Mark McQuixote (or however you spell his last name), Tony LaRussa, the new manager they have, Ryan Theriot, their current GM, their old GM, their old GM that is now the Reds GM, their future GM and 2013 MVP Ronny Cedeno.

I'm a life-long Cubs fan, and I've never hated the Cardinals. I want to to beat them every time the Cubs play them, just like any other team in the Cubs' division; but that's where it ends.
The Cardinals have great fans, run a successful franchise, have a long history of winning and dawn some of the greatest players who've ever played the game. They're a model franchise. What's to hate? Their success? That's not hate. That's called 'jealousy'.
The whole "rivalry" aspect of sports, exposes the illogical aspects of sporting fans:
A group of baseball players - most of whom never rooted for the team they're about to play for and have never even stepped foot in the city of that team - only agree to play baseball for the team you root for because you pay them giant amounts of money. They eventually leave the team you root for because another team offers them more money.

My 8 guesses are:
Hey puppet, how about some bonus Cubs HR trivia today...
Can you name the 8 Cubs players with 200+ career HR in a Cubs uniform?
Banks
Sosa
Williams
Santo
Hartnett
Nicholson
Ramirez
Sandberg
Spriggs wins again! Well done!
And if Soriano hits 36 more we will add a 9th player to the list

"joe buck, his dad, and the whole city. "
I cannot stand Joe Buck. I may have may have found my inner Card hate. (40 years of BoSox fandom and I never have said the "Yankees Suck", so, this is a big step for me.)
Smiling so my cheeks hurt. Thanks.
Welcome to the club, FFP. Glad you're here.
