So last night we had to suffer through an evening of no BleacherNation and while us BN junkies had to suffer through the shakes of an evening with no BN, I thought a list of things to do while dealing with the detox of no BN would be fun and rather pathetic as we all faced our BN addiction. So here are a few things to do when faced with no BN:

1-blast hansman on twitter- HAMBURGERS
2-consider what BN would look like if it merged with BleacherReport
3-punish cats by removing their pajamas
4-start up a trendy heroin habit
5-start a Marge Schott fan site
6-learn what smh means
7-watch the WBC
8-watch the replay of the Bradley v Provodnikov Boxing Match (seriously see this fight its amazing)
9-shudder, the horror... watch ESPN
10-Write a letter to Kevin Millar "Dear Mr. Millar, SHUT THE FUCK UP. Sincerely, A Goat"
11-Actual enjoy the NIT
12-Injury your quad and join the Cubs DL party

You're right, of course; but to clarify, my 15% disability is a state thing, not a military thing.

2 - I think Bleacher Nation Reeeportin would be a fantastic site. Authors: Morken, Kyle, Chicago Cubs Fan, Diehard
5 - The market for Marge Schott fan sites is saturated at the moment. Most economists are seeing a bubble right now. Give it a year or two and you scoop up a dozen of them for 10 cents.
9 - Or tell Jon Heyman his tweet about bunting being awesome is the dumbest tweet ever
11 - Laugh at Kentucky

I did a google search of "Plinko Discourse" and didn't find anything. I am surprised this hasn't been studied by someone.

"Pinko Discourse" sounds like the majority of my experience at a liberal arts college.

Many weeks ago a colleague had given me a film she wanted me to watch. Last night I finally had the time. It is called "Viva Cuba" (2007) by a Jaun Carlos Cremata Malberti.

It was surprisingly strong; writing, acting, editing, music.

It was a bit heavy-handed in the theme, but how is this really a flaw? It nearly fell apart when a magically-real spelunker-Che-look-alike shows up, but it is a Latin American film. It had no baseball in it, but it was not Bleacher Nation.

I recommend it (when there is no baseball).

The best thing about BN being down is that we don't have to rehash the Wrigley renovation story overandoverandoverandover a-fucking-gain on the front page.

I haaaaaaaaaaate the Wrigley renovation story. Hate it. Fucking loathe seeing posts about it.

I know Ace has to do it -- he wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't -- but that doesn't mean I hate the story any less.
