What I hate about the post is that renovation seems to always turn into a political debate. Just what I have noticed. The best thing about BN being down is that we don't have to rehash the Wrigley renovation story overandoverandoverandover a-fucking-gain on the front page.
I haaaaaaaaaaate the Wrigley renovation story. Hate it. Fucking loathe seeing posts about it.
I know Ace has to do it -- he wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't -- but that doesn't mean I hate the story any less.

It does get pretty old...not sure why I keep having the same damn debates over and over and over and over.
Just ready for games to start and then I will be sick of game threads from the Betty Boo types. SMDH.

If I could somehow divorce myself from the writer-me, and just think as the consumer-of-Cubs-content-me ... I think I'd still love the story. It's frustrating as hell, and it could really hurt the Cubs, but it is - to me - a fascinating confluence of politics, sports, business, communications strategies, fandom, finance, etc. It's got it all. Except sex. So far.

Just don't read the comments. It'll make your day better.

What shocks me is the direction the main board is going toward fuck Wrigley move to the burbs. Almost overnight
Eh. There's always been a pretty large contingent of those types. Most of whom probably live in the burbs.
