I started to read this, but then stopped as to preserve my previous thoughts of Brett. I liken reading this blog to being a fan of Superman for years, and then following Clark Kent around for a day while he gives his cat a bath in the sink and other such nonsense. I feel like I have really broken something that can't be fixed now. Brett, you have found your kryptonite. (note: I may or may not have had a glass or two of the Easter wine a bit early)

Don't ever meet me in person. It only gets worse.

I was mostly kidding. I'm sure we'd get along. Plus, you know, there's likely to be beer involved if we meet up.

I was just joshin', too. I'm awesome in person, especially when I've been drinking.

By the way, I like this as a place to post new articles for PP.

Good article, Brett. Theo definitely played a part in my vigor for all things Cubs.

No morning is complete until I've gotten out of bed and checked Bleacher Nation, Facebook, and ESPNChicago (in that order).

Thanks, Tommy.

Unrelatedly: for anyone using IE and seeing the "this site is unsafe" message, can you do me a favor? Click on the "more information" thing, and click "Report that this site does not contain threats." After you do that, can you tell me what it says, and what you'd have to do to have them re-evaluate PuckerPants?

It isn't unsafe (never was), but the process of getting it un-blacklisted by every single service is a fucking bear. My problem with IE is I don't have it, and I can't really get it on my Mac. I also don't have anyone immediately close to me who has a non-Mac in order to hop on there and investigate.

So, yeah: if you see that message and could investigate for me on how to get that message to go away, I'd be deeply in your debt. (Again, there are no worries: the site is completely safe.)

Hey can you remove the "mobile" view of puckerpants it makes it very unreadable on my iphone, especially the comment section. A three deep reply is basically one or two words per line.

Also one of the option is for you (as owner) to report the site
